I have been interested in graphic design since I joined my high school’s literary magazine. It taught me that my passion for design, color, and composition could, in fact, lead to a career. I began pursuing design seriously at UA, where I was able to work on the Honors College magazine, as well as intern at a marketing agency in Tuscaloosa. 

Due to health reasons, I had to put my career on hold for several years, but I was finally able to go back to school and finish my degree due to the pandemic. Now, I am actively seeking full-time employment. In the meantime, I create designs for friends and local businesses, learn new programs and design trends, and I am working on a UX certification.

I am excited to find that I am still this passionate about design after all these years, and I will continue to increase my skills and knowledge in any way I can.
